RTP Materials handling Ltd is a consultancy, design and supplier of Closed loop packaging systems. I bring to the company 15 years of experience in metal and polymer manufacturing allowing RTP materials handling to offer the right material for the project at hand. We specialise in no metal to metal contact with customers largely in the Aerospace sector but also with companies that are looking to reduce their scrap rates due to damage in Process. We offer solutions in injection moulded foams and plastics, Vacuum formed moulds, CNC cut foam as well as fully welded and covered metal solutions. I also have experience with CAD using Solidworks, Lean manufacturing systems especially KanBan by reducing poor material movement and those cost associated with material control. Show less
