Developed and implemented mechanical completion activities on new build topsides – both topsides and bridges were constructed in the Dragados yard in Southern Spain. Adhered to the tight schedule from sail away from the fabrication yard with an aggressive offshore schedule and time critical deadlines needing to be met to achieve no disruption to the Ekofisk platform. Achieved all scheduled milestones with no incidents.

Full construction role including work preparation, permit generation, HSE, Progress reporting, Schedule of works. Client interface on a regular basis to achieve scope of the contract Sole responsibility for construction, testing and documentation of the piping and engineering works Coordination with other department heads to achieve cohesion between the areas of workThis project gave me the ability to showcase my talents for coordination andwork preparation; with a strong approach I was able to turn this project frombehind to 4% ahead of schedule.
