I am a veteran of the Royal Air Force, where I served in various roles, including intelligence, Service Support, adjudication, and equality and diversity management for 35 years + and received multiple commendations and medals for my service. I am currently GC Adjudication as a Reservist. I also have over over 15 years of experience as a coach and an accredited interpersonal mediator, I empower people and organizations to resolve conflicts, improve relationships, and achieve positive outcomes. I offer coaching and training services to help individuals and teams develop their skills, confidence, and potential. My clients include charities, educational institutions, businesses, and public sector organizations.As a board trustee at The Music Works, a charity that transforms lives through music, I support the strategic direction, governance, and fundraising of the organization, leading on Safeguarding, H&S and Business Continuity. I also chair the civilian committee at the Innsworth Air Cadet Squadron, where I oversee the welfare, administration, and finance of the squadron and its cadets. I used to play rugby quite a bit. 🙂
