This 200 bedroom 4 star city centre hotel gave me my first General Manager role. This was my first exposure to managing an Excom team and I had a very much hands on role, primarily in the Sale & Marketing and Finanace functions.

During this time I completed a 2 year programme as a Trainee Manager which including covering all departments in the hotel, culminating with, 6 months as a Duty Manager.
