Jacobs lead on the Fusion and Big Science markets.

Accountable for Wood's fusion industry endeavours. Developing relationships with customers to really understand their challenges whilst devising company objectives and strategy for the fusion market. In response to these challenges integrating Wood's cross geography cross sector services and building cross-company partnerships to deliver a difference for customers.

Responsible for P&L and leading business development across the advanced reactor domain, including winning, delivery and development of programmes of work and business development relating to SMRs, AMRs, Digital Reactor Design, BEIS, and ITER whilst maintaining support to Sizewell B programmes. Also responsible for strategy and account development relating to UK Govt. including developing cross-company partnerships to enhance service offerings.

Business Manager for Reactor Safety and Performance at AMEC, a business comprising circa 55 technical specialists in the areas of nuclear analysis and nuclear safety supporting the UK civil nuclear fleet (EDF Energy & Magnox) and UK nuclear submarine propulsion programme.Achievements include:- Strategic sustainable growth of business - Developed a strong prospect pipeline- Strengthened both margin and profit over the period- Derisked business through diversification of customer base- BD for Chinese nuclear growth- Robust P&L management
