As part of a startup online Software as a Service business from its early stages, I provided extensive support to the managing director and HR director in project managing the development of the cloud-based HR software system – www.citrushr.com. My main responsibilities included:- Project managing the team of software developers.- Writing up detailed specifications of changes and new elements to the software system.improvements.- Combining feedback from both the development team and company directors to find solutions that accommodated issues and requests from both a software development and design perspective.- Carrying out regular testing of the software system, from daily testing of the service and monitoring the system for signs of downtime to signing off new features to the system. Held responsibility for final approval on the release of new features to the live system.- Working with freelance graphic designers to create typeset brand aware documents. Proof reading these documents before approving. As part of a National Government Local Transport Project I worked in a Personalised Travel Planning team visiting Cheltenham residents on a doorstep basis to discuss and incentivise their local travel habits.- Encountered and dealt with a variety of challenging customer attitudes whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner at all times.- Met daily targets of household participation in the project whilst maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction rating of 'Good' or 'Very Good'.- Conducted town-wide surveys.- I frequently undertook team leader duties which included planning the team's workday, managing staff morale and liaising with head office.The project's success resulted in a project extensions to enable more households to be contacted which ensured high satisfaction of the project's client and the project staff.
