Investor due diligence information requests through two changes in ownership (July 2010, Silver Lake Partners and Warburg Pincus (a private equity joint venture); and Dec 2015, Intercontinental Exchange). • Ensure Interactive Data (Australia) Pty Ltd produces timely and accurate financial provision of detailed analysis of budget variances (at management and statutory level) for P&L and Balance sheet items plus ad hoc reporting and analysis. • Owner of Asia Pacific tax queries; preparation of Australian Income tax return, plus review of Australian FBT return and BAS reporting. • In 2017 ICE Data Services transitioned globally from ‘ORACLE’ onto ‘PeopleSoft’ while also implementing a new billing platform, ORACLE Revenue Management & Billing [ORMB]. High level involvement in the planning, training and implementation of both PeopleSoft and ORMB. • Transfer pricing calculations for the Global Cost Contribution Arrangement Transfer pricing ‘Asia Pacific step down’ annual calculations. • Management of all (35+) Australian intercompany loan accounts. (Significant role change)• Project manager and Finance team lead of the Asia Pacific wide ORACLE EBS (Version 12.1.3) system implementation project. Including planning, testing, training and implementation of ORACLE across all Asia Pacific offices. This project simultaneously transitioned multiple legacy accounting systems onto ORACLE. This project required liaising with a wide range of both finance and non-finance colleagues from around the region and from both UK and US offices. Oracle training sessions often occurred in the Hong Kong offices.• Legacy systems included single currency systems; significant region specific accounting issues to resolve; dual language requirements (Japan); and often significant specific customisation was required in order to meet local reporting requirements. • The Oracle Asia Pacific implementation project was successfully implemented on time and on budget, and received extremely positive feedback from senior management and from the users across the wider business.

Dental logistics is the supply, maintenance and facilities management support division of Dental Health Services Victoria. Major Projects / Key Responsibilities: • Developed and implemented the initial facilities management budget for the Royal Melbourne Dental Hospital (720 Swanston Street). • Implemented cost splitting and invoicing arrangements for both internal & external (University of Melbourne and RMIT) cost centres upon occupation of the (then new) hospital site.• Preparation of the 2003 / 2004 organisation wide capital submission to the Department of Human Services.• Analysed and assessed the DHSV Hospital wide cleaning contract and Digital Radiography tenders.• Implemented Telstra’s computerised “Bill Reporting Self Service” software – a web based electronic authorisation and payments system covering all telephone and data expenditure.• Preparation & lodgement of FBT return, BAS processing including reconciliation and lodgement and preparation of monthly AIMS (F1) report – a web-based monthly financial return lodged with the Department of Human Services.• Preparation of daily bank reconciliations & processing all payroll related journals from SAP interface for all hospital staff (approx. 780 FTE).

Responsible for preparation of -: • Annual Statutory Accounts from trial balance; all balance sheet reconciliations (including the management & reconciliation of all intercompany loans and accounting sub-systems including fixed asset registers); both Melbourne and Sydney monthly reporting packages; processing payroll for all staff (approximately 200 FTE); and assisting in development of the annual budget. Also tasked with ongoing cash management control, including reconciliation of bank accounts and debtor collections.
