Group Parts Sales Manager
CurrentLead the Parts Sales Representative Team to achieve sales budgetary performance and client satisfaction. Oversee management of Key Sales Accounts. Monitor market potential and strategic oversight of sales performance including key metrics/key performance indicators. Review and analyse sales performance results, taking corrective and strategic action as necessary. Contribute broadly to the management of the Parts Department to build and maintain a sound client base and foster high levels of service and commitment to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Maintain effective working relationships with Parts Department and interdepartmental personnel.
