This employment included managing two funded projects including Premier League Primary Stars and +Sport, Move and Learn programme where KPI's were consistently achieved and surpassed.Responsible for overseeing a small team of coaches maintaining quality assurance and CPD for staff.During this employment successfully secured a step up in funding applications from the English Premier League Primary Stars and Ferrero for our community trust.

Planning and delivering coaching sessions to children ranging from the ages onwards. This involved going to schools and taking P.E. lessons, after school Clubs, school teams and development centers. Coaching futsal centers a long with numerous other sports including rugby and tennis. Delivering healthy heart and mental health classroom based sessions.

This was a summer position over 3 summers whilst at university. Delivering a street soccer concept to children ranging from 5 years old up until latter teenage years. Within this role I was required to deliver welcome meetings to guests, liaise with mainline representatives, helping with guests such as booking excursions and solving any problems. During this high season job I ran an adult’s football tournament successfully whilst having to promote the tournament and street soccer concept to reach company targets for resort income.

Managing and running a popular sports bar in Cheltenham. Duties including being a key Holder; locking and opening up the bar as well as cashing up procedures. Organizing staff and running shifts whilst maintaining targets set by General Manager. Many occasions running entire days being solely responsible for the bar’s policies. On weekends liaising with door staff.
