I started with the company as the Senior Sales Supervisor, and helped to introduce computerised sales and accounting systems. I also introduced a CAD system to aid quotations and factory production.I progressed to Business Develop Manager, sourcing and servicing customers from Far North Queensland to Mid NSW. Implemented major improvements in product design and manufacture.After sourcing and securing the National Account for a major hardware retailer I helped source an overseas manufacturer for standard stock items, helped range products in over 200 outlets, and continued to design, source, implement and add exciting new produts to the range. Set up 3pl inventory and logistics warehouses throughout Australia and New Zealand, and control vendor refill requirements for all sales outlets. Expanded the sales internationally in to the New Zealand, setting up a further 20 outlets. Adapted the range to suit the new market.

Sales of all types of metal fencing including tubular aluminium and steel, colorbond, domestic and industrial chainwire, and gte frames to suit timber cladding.The business serviced an area from Brisbane to Hervey Bay. Customers included residential, commercial and government.Duties performed included office management, phone and counter sales, on-site quotations, installations and factory production.Purchasing, Account Management, Computer System Installation & Management.

Owner / Manager of small businessAfter managing a Swimming Pool Shop (franchise) for twelve months I decided to go it alone.I started a Pool Shop from scratch, built it into a successful profitable business, and ran it for five years before selling and moving to the Sunshine Coast.Duties included small business management, sales, purchasing, marketing, pool servicing and pool equipment & fencing installations.
