Handover Manager
Current•Management of the handover process•Represent the company at client Project progress and Handover meetings•Liaise with client base throughout build process to ensure consistency in the delivery of quality and expectations•Ensure that all handover documentation is progressively developed and reviewed during the course of the project to ensure that the quality of the documentation is issued right first time and on time to the client.•Manage Quality Observations throughout build process •Manage snagging / Quality Inspections throughout construction and leading up to handover•Assist team in all aspects of handover process / Instigate regular team meetings to discuss quality / design and inspections to ensure the delivery of consistency and quality.•Ensure lessons learnt are discussed and acted on to alleviate the risk of repetition
