Providing Logistics support to all projects assigned to the DSV I support including all third party vessels that may be supporting projects. This will include being involved with project meetings, supporting all requirements the project engineers may have. Liaising with all third party venders to ensure all equipment moves according to tight timelines around the project. Coordinate all transport and mobile crane requirements. Booking berths and all associated requirements the vessel will have while in port. Attending and coordinating all mobilizations & demobilization from the build up in the office to being on the quayside for the duration of the mob / demob to ensure everything goes as smooth a possible and to give support to the project team on board. Ensuring all equipment is managed efficiently to ensure everything get to its destination without delays and all hired equipment is tracked to make sure no unnecessary costs are occurred.
