Currently living in Bangkok seeking Hybrid or remote position. I graduated from university in 2008 with a first-class honours BEng degree in Electronic System Design. I have been working at JET for UKAEA since 2003, primarily within the Ion Cyclotron Resonance Heating (ICRH) group. I hold the position of Senior C&I TAE Section Leader. For the past eight years a significant portion of my work has revolved around the Upgraded TAE (Toroidal Alfvén Eigenmode) Diagnostic System. This system is utilized on JET to probe the background Alfvén Eigenmodes (AEs) spectra of the plasma by resonantly exciting AEs. As the lead engineer, I designed the system and played a substantial role in managing the TAE Upgrade System and its team. I currently hold the position of Responsible Officer for the system and collaborate with two other physicists in its operation. For a more comprehensive understanding of the system and its innovative aspects, I have attached my publication. More recently, I was involved with the upgrade of the MAST-U EBW system. I helped and provided oversight for part of the system design and programmed its safety PLC controllers.Additionally, the section I oversee in ICRH addresses the control and instrumentation needs of the group, as well as those related to the TAE system, encompassing the development of new systems, project management, and the enhancement of existing systems within the team.
