With my extensive experience, training, and passion in Sports and Remedial Massage, my goal is to help the muscles and joints of those I work with return to their optimal functioning state, as well as helping maintain and improve muscle health and endurance.I am a qualified Remedial massage therapist that has over 14 years of experience working in the sports, medical and corporate fields. I have a great understanding of functional anatomy, injury rehab, restoring efficient muscle function, and pain reduction. For almost 5 years I worked with and received significant training from one of the leading sports and neuromuscular massage therapist in Australia, who over 35 years developed a Myo-Neural Release technique that delivers quick and long lasting results through muscle, tendon, and nerve manipulation.With my experience and additional extensive training in the Myo-Neural Release technique, I have helped to resolved difficult muscle injuries, nerve issues, restore functional strength, and movement problems for athletes from almost all areas of the sporting world including top level AFL players, triathletes, golfers, tennis players, sprinters, marathon runners, cyclists, professional dancers, rugby players, and certainly not least of all, the weekend warrior. As well as treatment of aches and pains from postural issues, muscle tension, and stress from work related activities.One of the additional areas of massage I specialise in is working with expectant mothers. With extra training in Pregnancy Massage I aim to reduce the discomfort, pain, and stress that can arise during all stages of pregnancy.
