In my time at Bevilles I helped turn a business that was running the Bevilles web-site as a separate silo, into a business where the web-site became a critical and successful cog in Bevilles overall marketing and sales functions. Most importantly I provided Bevilles with a solution that made the Bevilles customer experience a more convenient and enjoyable one. This involved deploying a new Magento web-site that that was fully integrated with Bevilles POS, Loyalty Program, Gift Card program, Email platform, and Layby program, whilst having strong hosting structures in place that meant the Bevilles web-site was one of the few sites that didn’t crash during the inaugural Click Frenzy event. Also deployed ‘Click and Reserve’ for Bevilles and played a key role in Bevilles restructuring their retail model to move away from large footprint stores that carried jewellery and homewares, to smaller more efficient and profitable stores that are jewellery only.
