Leading the pre-sales and customer-success efforts around Tealeaf (Watson Customer Experience Analytics) and integrating our content management and marketing stack. Demonstrations, conference and marketing event presentations, and delivering customer enablement.Previously in the Collaboration division as a Brand Architect for A/NZ covering WebSphere Portal, Web Content Manager, and the collaboration stack. Spent 6 years primarily supporting the Australian Federal Government accounts as well as the broader region.Started in IBM with 8 years as the technical leader for WebSphere Portal across Asia-Pacific. Established the technical team and operations for Rare Medium (a USA-based web systems integrator) across Asia Pacific. Grew the team to over 40 people servicing A/NZ and Asia. Led the technical pitches and delivery to gain a profitable customer base of major Australian brands. Helped establish one of the first user-centred design practice within Australia.
