Current- Take incoming phone calls and assisting customers with all enquiries.- Troubleshooting Technical Issues for all iProperty products.- Answering incoming help desk emails and escalating when necessary.- Train new help desk staff in iProperty systems and online software.- First escalation point for help desk staff.- Maintain and manage online knowledge base.- Build customer relationships on a daily basis.- Provide online and offsite training for iProperty products.- Develop websites for new and existing clients.- Create and develop real estate marketing templates for online iDashboard system.- Create and develop email marketing templates for online iDashboard system.- Manual testing of online iDashboard software- Assisting in development and testing of iPad application.
