A specialty finance company offering qualified borrowers mortgage financing acquisition or refinancing of small commercial properties. We provide small balance commercial loans up to $5million.

Main responsibility is to refinance/originate residential loans within own portfolio of master servicer/lender. Refinancing is within the framework of the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), FHA Loans and VA Loans. Licensed to originate residential loans in 29 states (tested/approved in 2013)

•Review & Assess commercial borrower’s financial hardship via P&L, Bank Statements, Credit Report, Tax Returns.•Recommend loan workout options and appropriate payment plans for small commercial borrowers.•Facilitate loan workout from initial consultation to final solution. Main objective is to bring borrower current.

Primary responsibilty was building and overseeing an outside sales staff of 100+ sales executives across the United States. Direct reports included 2 district managers, 5 market managers, approx 55 account executives. My daily activities include regional meetings, market reviews, negotiating agreements and working with high potential accounts and overseeing production / activity levels of account executives in all regions.
