Lead consultant in producing Naval Training Centre (NTC) supporting documentation (Battlebook). This included initial analysis, concept requirements, stakeholder liaison, scheduling process, team management, developed scenario supporting documentation delivered ahead of schedule. Lead Consultant for the design and delivery of Instructor Operator Training on a variety of NTC operating systems for an international client. Became Instructor Operating System SME in order to train UAE Naval Instructors. This required effective written communication and attention to detail to develop Training Plan (TP) documentation, scheduling and a variety of lessons and assessments both practical and theoretical. Risk management has also been applied to ensure delivery.

Provide technical advice for the production of computer based training on a range of lessons. Includes technical content, advising Courseware Developers on structure and content, liaise with media for static and animations to enhance learning.
