Stuart Galloway is a Professor of Exercise Physiology in the Physiology, Exercise and Nutrition Research Group in the Faculty of Health Sciences and Sport at the University of Stirling. His research focusses on nutrition, metabolism, and exercise with both sport and health applications. His current research projects include: investigating the impact of omega-3 fatty acids on skeletal muscle metabolism and function in young and older adults; and, exploring fluid and electrolyte balance across the life course.
