Within this role I managed approx 70 staff over 20 offices ensuring that the cleaning of the office spaces, common parts and toilets took place on a daily basis, by regular visits to sites either in the morning or evening. Ensuring that the staff had the required training and equipment to fulfill the daily cleans in the times and to standards.

As an installation engineer I would visit sites to install, service and program the telephone systems to the clients needs. I would advise the client on best practices for call routing. I would liaise with the client to ensure minimal disruption was made to their working day whilst the installation took place and that the downtime of their phone system was.
