I am a TaFE graduate of Sports Turf Management Certificate III (2019)and have been a Greenkeeper for six years. I have taught apprentices and labourers throughout the past couple of years and have rather enjoyed showing new things to people to help them progress through their trade. However, I have not come to the feeling of true purpose and satisfaction.I have now made the switch to University life starting with Open Foundation at University of Newcastle (2020) and now commence my Bachelor of Education (Secondary)(2021). Within this degree, I will be specialising in my primary passion of History, in particular Modern History. To continue my pursuit of learning and experiencing new things, I am also learning German to understand a larger grasp of other peoples' perspectives, culture and society and add these to my own. I often get asked as to when my studies will be complete of which I give them the timeframe of roughly four years. But truth be told, my studies and education will most likely never cease, as every piece of information that I learn, I can pass on to the younger generation to help them start with a larger foundation and wealth of knowledge to do and be better than who has come before.
