Working exclusively with the long term unemployed and cohorts from CALD backgrounds. WWES facilitated psychotherapeutic interventions to assist those impacted by trauma, crime, disability and intergenerational poverty to reduce their barriers to finding employment. WWES further designed bespoke workforce capability programs to assist Job Services Providers to be able to better manage and address the needs of their cohorts.

Ownership of the national recruitment, capability & compliance architecture to support the execution of the businesses scorecard. Provided (HR) business partner support to the executive through the delivery of leadership development programs to improve culture, capability and performance. Managed and audited, the VET framework inclusive of RTO and competency based programs for the development of frontline leaders and associates. Designed & delivered the audit and compliance framework for the receivables management division through the monitoring and investigation of regulatory compliance on behalf of local, state and federal government agencies such as Ambulance Victoria (MAS) Centrelink and the ATO. Conducted internal investigations and risk assessments to audit the efficacy of the compliance infrastructure.
