CurrentStuart Hunt has worked in the HE sector since 1991 as both a training and development manager and as a consultant, coach and facilitator, specialising in organisation and leadership development. He is especially interested in supporting cultural change across organisations and the transition of individuals as they become effective leaders. He is an accredited assessor and practitioner for the MBTI Step I and Step II, and together with 360 degree feedback, often makes use of these as part of the initial coaching phase. He enjoys coaching outdoors, and believes there are many advantages to this way of working with clients.Stuart has had a close relationship with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education since its launch in 2004, and is a key associate. He is co-director of their Transition to Leadership blended learning programme, and is heavily involved in an LF contract in Ukraine.
