I am currently working as Country Manager at Vyaire Medical, leading the team in the sales, clinical and IT support and project managing the capital implementation of respiratory diagnostic equipment.With a blend of clinical and commercial experience, I have greatly appreciated developing my business and product management skills, as I lead our team in Australia. My career has presented me with a wide range of opportunities whereby I have been able to develop many skills in sales, marketing, business, product and project management, along with clinical and IT support and integration. Mixed with managing and leading others has provided me with a lot of rewarding career progressions.Prior to my current role as country manager, in 2019 I had the opportunity to work again in a clinical setting as a respiratory scientist at the Austin Hospital which was invaluable in refining and strengthening my clinical skills before going back into a commercial role I now work in. Prior to my work at the Austin, I worked in sales/product/business management for over 11 years looking after primarily respiratory diagnostic capital equipment, but also cardiac and sleep product port folio. I was awarded the Australasian CFO Award at Device Technologies in 2017. I enjoy learning the intricacies of technologies and equipment and then training, equipping and empowering people to get the most out of it. I thrive working with and helping people to achieve their best whether that be testing patients clinically, investing into the team I am working with or with clients within the medical industry.
