“I am because we are.” My work lies at the intersection of gender, international security, and human rights, with a strong focus on global queer politics and ubuntu feminism, blending feminist and indigenous African moral theories.Before moving to London, I worked with Africa AHEAD, advancing gender empowerment and community-driven solutions for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Zimbabwe. More recently, I contributed to research at Action on Armed Violence and Airwars, focusing on conflict analysis and arms control, and supported disarmament efforts through the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom at the UN.My interdisciplinary experience has equipped me to approach complex global issues with a decolonial lens, advocating for marginalized voices and fostering collaborative solutions.
