At the Gleave Partnership I have expanded my career experience by moving into the cost management of retail schemes for the countries largest retailer. My current role within the industry includes developing the initial feasibility budgets, value engineering, agreement of GMP’s with main contractors, issue of contract documentation, valuing variations, agreement of final accounts and production of monthly finance reports for the client.
