Stuart Kessler is a founding partner of Clear Thinking Group LLC. the predecessor firm to PKF Clear Thinking LLC. a PKF O’Connor Davies Company, where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As a consultant for more than 20 years, he has been engaged by numerous companies in the asset-based lending, healthcare, manufacturing, media, consumer product, retail, corrugated, cellular, roofing and temporary staffing industries needing assistance with strategic, financial and operating alternatives. For some of these engagements, Mr. Kessler has also served as interim CEO, COO and CRO. Prior to founding Clear Thinking Group, Mr. Kessler spent over 25 years in a variety of leadership positions with several major consumer product and retail organizations including: President at iSolve.com; President at Footlocker – Outlet Division; COO at Champs Sports; COO at F.W. Woolworth Division; COO/CMO at Herman's Sporting Goods; VP/GMM at Ames Department Stores and VP/GMM at Fisher’s Big Wheel Inc. Mr. Kessler is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, New York Institute Of Credit, and Retail Marketing Society.
