Developed a technical understanding of the mechanical and electronic aspects of the equipment which led to quick failure diagnosis and repairs. As an Engineering Manager, this experience was then passed on to various trade disciplines through teaching and mentoring which in turn ensured the Organisation remained operationally effective. Entering the last 6 months before my military contract finishes after reaching the highest non-commissioned rank after 24 years service. I am seeking a new challenging career that can elevate my personal development whilst offering my new employer substantial results in return. My contract is due to finish in June 23, but will be employable from April 23 once my resettlement courses are complete. I am willing to consider a vast array of job roles however my interests lie within renewables and autonomous technologies.
