Operations Manager
CurrentMy responsibilities within Groveley are to gain new customers and new work from existing customers. I then quote for new projects from these customers. This involves pricing of manufacturing methods along with sourcing material and treatment costs to complete the quote. I then schedule all work through the company and progress all work to ensure we hit our required delivery dates. I occasionally inspect finished parts along with delivering the parts direct to customers. My role is very much from start to finish, apart from the actual manufacturing of the parts!
