Currently working on a variety of healthcare & sustainability projects in the Bay Area.Just completed a variety of projects on behalf of UCSF Design & Construction on a variety of projects at Parnassus and Mt Zion. Great group of people to work with. Just recently completed the Petaluma Health Center at Rohnert Park and their pharmacy & WIC program addition in Petaluma. Enjoyed completing those projects on time and on budget.Previously I completed the Kaiser San Leandro Hospital construction by helping achieve OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) certificate of occupancy. The work involved the building of a 435,000 square foot 216 bed hospital, a four story 185,000 square foot medical office building and a 30,000 square foot central utility plant serving these buildings.Previously I completed a contract position as a construction project manager at Kaiser San Rafael Medical Center. The make ready projects were completed and the roll out to building the Emergency Department is being carried out by full time Kaiser employees. Enjoyed the run with Jtec HCM - having completed the John Muir Hospital Walnut Creek sitework. And at Sonoma Valley Hospital (SVH), solving a long term water intrusion issue and bringing back the skilled nursing facility into receiving patients again.
