In my position, as an Academic Representative I played a role in promoting communication and teamwork among students and faculty members. By listening to my peers concerns I accurately conveyed their issues to teachers and administrators. Through engaging in conversations I collaborated closely with staff to come up with solutions that catered to both students and facultys needs.Moreover I have honed my skills through training tailored for Academic Representatives. This training has equipped me with tools and strategies to effectively advocate for student matters influence changes in the curriculum and contribute towards enhancing school policies.
