An existing 1800’s building, requiring major demolition worksincorporating the external façade, existing lifts and escalators,all services, and a new entrance to midtown plaza. All construction works were undertaken while occupancy remained within the centre.

City Gate Apartments, Melbourne CBD ($25M)

An Inner City Development for Central Equity, comprising of an18-storey building containing 131 apartments and 51 low-rise garden apartments. A two level car park to provide for 220 vehicles. Amenities include Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Garden Courtyard areas. This project was completed 2.5 months earlier than contractual obligations.

Gas & Fuel, Tooronga ($3M)

• An existing Gas & Fuel depot comprising of 400m2 in area, needing to be refurbished and fitted out into office space to accommodate 750 staff moving from two city office towers. This Project was originally programmed.
• Liaise with Client, Architects and Service Consultants.
