The company is a for-profit social enterprise committed to its local community, employing disadvantaged workers, including the long-term unemployedThe role included the below:Driving business development nationally for the recycling of electronic products for corporate, social enterprises and government at all levelsVolume driven business – beginning in October 2011 PGM were recycling 250 tonnes per month. PGM achieved 1200+ tonnes in March 2014Networking and Marketing throughout different levels of organisations to ensure they need such a serviceBusiness Development - National coverage, utilising SalesForce to increase customer base. Key Account Management across a broad range of clients and industries.Event Management- Managing, co-ordinating and running events for clients, including all logistics, transport, marketing/sales, staffing and reporting requirements.Transport and Logistic Management- Organising and assisting with logistics solutions.Reviewing existing systems including Work Health and Safety, client reports and ISO Certification.Tender Management- Preparing, completing and submitting client proposals including local government tenders and corporate tenders nationally.Setting KPIs for all staff, including myself to ensure all Key Areas are measured and sales performance is aligned with KPIsFollowing market trends in the industry and forecasting accurately to ensure are aligned to industry movements.Networking extensively within a broad range of sectors to increase awareness of PGM’s services across a broad range of sectors

Managing the Thiess Services e-recycling (electronic product recycling) facility including:Business Development and Sales/Marketing for e-waste recycling across A/NZ; main focus on NSW, Sydney and surrounding regions.Forecasting of budget, sales, revenue and expenditures for Thiess Services e-recycling.Full scope Management Plan to meet ISO Certification.Transport & LogisticsTender Management process and submissions for Private and Public SectorsCouncil e-waste Event Management - from 10 to 120K per event (several held throughout the year).All Health Safety and Environment requirements to meet certificationPersonnel/Staff management for 4-12 employees.
