Technical lead on building a bespoke personalised, mobile-responsive platform for a culture campaign to launch new purpose and values (Think Outside the Bank). Stood up suite of channels in 6 weeks, that achieved 95% awareness with 160k colleagues.Introduced digital video into the organisation, a cloud solution that catered to employee channels, external corporate websites, and app for frontline colleagues.
