Managing and delivering multi complex projects simultaneously, and new operational processes on behalf of various clients across the site which encompasses a total headcount of 270 staff. Ensuring agreed budgets for projects are met.• Driving transformation strategies and continuous service and/or IT improvement initiatives to identify and implement operational efficiencies resulting in cost savings and improved customer experience • Working closely with internal business analyst team to develop techniques to capture, analyse and improve business processes to support staff learning and also improve business system performance.• Display commercial awareness to effectively manage supplier relationships• Managing a Team to provide outstanding customer service on behalf of the Clients, whilst ensuring effective resourcing and adherence to risk and control standards at all times.• Weekly communications with Client Management team to review change, transformation and Project board activities, risk management and other Key Result Areas.• Building a broad portfolio of contacts both within Serco and key Client decision makers to drive process change at strategic level for mutual benefit of Serco and client – ensuring value for money and exceptional customer service.
