• Managing and delivering multi complex projects simultaneously, and new operational processes on behalf of various clients across the site which encompasses a total headcount of 270 staff. Ensuring agreed budgets for.
• Driving transformation strategies and continuous service and/or IT improvement initiatives to identify and implement operational efficiencies resulting in cost savings and improved customer experience
• Working closely with internal business analyst team to develop techniques to capture, analyse and improve business processes to support staff learning and also improve business system performance.
• Display commercial awareness to effectively manage supplier relationships
• Managing a Team to provide outstanding customer service on behalf of the Clients, whilst ensuring effective resourcing and adherence to risk and control standards at all times.
• Weekly communications with Client Management team to review change, transformation and Project board activities, risk management and other Key Result Areas.
