I also assist clients in the administration of estate and trusts from commencement to conclusion.I also introduced and drive the Watson Ramsbottom initiative to provide comprehensive estate planning reports to clients of the firm at no charge to ensure they are informed of the options available to them.I am a Full Member of the Society of Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP), and entitled to use the TEP designation having completed the Diploma course. Through a pro-active approach, I provide solutions which are compatible with all the latest developments in this area of law. By completing the STEP Diploma, I have also been also been able to show a knowledge and understanding of trusts and estates that will be converted into practical, applied competence for the benefit of my clients.
