    My role as the Implementation Manager consists of a wide remit that has so far covered England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As part of the senior management team I become involved with contracts towards the closing stages of the sale, I then oversee the project through to ‘go live’ upon handing the contract over to operations. Ensuring all transferring workers have completed our paper work and we have up to date copies of the eligibility to work. Supporting workers who may have difficulty in providing eligibility and offering help to resolve the issues they may have. Preparing and completing the operations manual that contains amongst other documents the contract/ SLA, job descriptions, Access to risk assessments / training records and site operating procedures, Rates, Tests, Introduction / Induction and AWR paperwork. Finally auditing and reviewing the above processes to ensure that current internal and external legislation has been met. Attending the 1st review meeting to cover the ‘implementation’ section prior to moving onto my next project. During periods of non-implementation I audit sites to ensure we uphold high internal standards and that are prepared should we receive any external audits.
