Lead on Finance, HR and IT, with a large focus on managing risk factors and costs, identifying efficiencies and improving the financial viability and sustainability of YSS. I also take on the role of Deputy CEO and Company Secretary.

·         Leading and managing service delivery throughout a change management period to ensure high standards are maintained, measuring performance to ensure targets are met, identifying, and sharing best practice to drive quality. ·         Line management of direct reports who have responsibility for delivering: o   Financeo   Commercial Operations – including Walsall bar/café o   Advice centreo   Student voice team  o   Programme management o   Marketing o   Societies·         Providing critical thinking on service delivery, identifying efficiencies, risks and solutions·         Manage and drive the delivery of services in line with the Strategic Plan·         Providing effective leadership and constructive management support to staff thus driving effective performance.·         Supporting the CEO on HR matters·         Supporting the drive to improve the organisational culture in line with our values ·         Providing policy support that delivers a positive, step change in service delivery  ·         Collating and presenting evidence of impact across services·         Providing support to Officers including briefings and policy advice
