I have a 28 year proven track record in retail supervision, management and training. I have worked numerous job roles within retail environments, including shop floor, warehousing, cash office, customer service, checkouts, training and security. I gained my A1 (D32/33) assessor qualification in 2007 and worked as a peripatetic for five years. I delivered quals such as Retail, Customer Service, Team Leading, Warehouse and Business Admin in both T2G and core funded apprenticeships. I have also freelanced as a online eTutor specifically with Vision2learn. I like to think of myself as a mentally agile person who can turn my hand to any task, whether as part of a team or working on my own initiative. I truly believe that training is something that is either missed or misrepresented in every business as better trained colleagues are better informed and produce better results.
