Throughout my time with the company I have progressed from employability coach to the overall running and delivery of intensive work related programmes as set out via government requirement and standard. The need for impeccable organisational and time management skills is required to deal with the diverse contract implications, such as reporting and finance planning, goal setting and action plan mapping, The ability to work unaided has become an asset with this role as I am required to plan, strategise, implement and deliver to a wide range of clientele, including external partners, divisive customer base and employers. Being target driven and excelling under pressure have enabled me to deliver the required outcomes to contracts where needed.

I have expanded upon my current skill set and recruitment history throughout my time in this role. I have been able to effectively demonstrate skills at being target driven and striving for success as well as showing empathy, excellent communication skills and rapport building. My duties involve working on a 121 personalised basis with individuals to overcome barriers in assisting obtaining full-time employment. This ranges from CV Construction, Motivation and Confidence building through to practical applications for employment such as finding individuals’ abilities that can translate to the workplace. This is reviewed in an ongoing basis through action plans and continued goal setting so an individual knows exactly where their current level of progression is. Within my time with the company I have achieved an excellent ratio in enabling people back to work.

I was initially employed as a Construction Consultant and through time I worked my way to Electrical and Mechanical Consultant and then onto the overall handling of the division from the Bristol Office. The region varied from works ranging from Cornwall to Birmingham. My daily duties throughout my employment had a high requirement for administration skills, organisation and sales. This was a highly targeted environment that I excelled in.
