Assisting in the research of global capability requirements of a wide range of courses that sit within the Jaguar Land Rover Global Client Experience (CE) Learner Journeys. - Research and develop global CE training material updates in-line with Jaguar Land Rover core values. - Responsible for the lead development/deployment of the Jaguar Land Rover Global Master Trainer Accreditation Program (Virtual Classroom & Classroom Based Training).

Jaguar Land Rover Training Academy, Leamington Spa, Uk

- To research the capability requirements of a Global Jaguar Land Rover Panel and Paint training material and latest repair guidelines- Responsible for the lead development of the Jaguar Land Rover Body and Paint programs- Responsible for the development and piloting of the Jaguar Land Rover Refinishing material- Responsible for the design and production of new model training assets - Deliver new model launch training to Jaguar Land Rover global trainers- Attend meetings to identify specific bespoke training requirements for global markets- Engage with Structural Engineers to determine vehicle structural design requirements- Contribute to global body repair steering committee meetings to implement repair updates and standardisation- Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders to define latest repair guideline requirements for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

Kineton, Warwickshire

- To assist in the research of the capability requirements of a Global Jaguar Land Rover Panel and paint Technician- Responsible for the development of the Jaguar Land Rover Body Repair Panel and Refinishing Apprenticeship program- Client facing role based on site at the premises of Jaguar Land Rover Training Academy - Attending Client meetings to help identify specific bespoke training requirements for global markets- Develop and implement training to non-English speaking delegates with the aid of a translator.

Midlands & South

- Responsible for the delivery of NVQ/VCQ qualifications and a range of bespoke training needs to highly prestigious automotive brands (to include: Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Jaguar Land Rover, Tesla and BMW)- Organise and deliver VCQ work based assessments and technician’s portfolio building- Delivering accredited training program for both vehicle body repair, refinishing and Vehicle Damage Assessment (VDA) technicians to senior technician levels- Assist in learning and achieving designated qualification aims, a safe working environment working to professional safe working practices as required by an awarding body- Tracking, monitor and record all data to ensure all records are up to date and that learner progress is reflected and reported on promptly- Responsible for arranging workplace visits/assessments within companies and liaising with management to agree all requirements- Assist in the design and implementation of new assessment processes for aluminium weld testing for vehicle manufacturing training- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication with learners, directors, workplace management, mentors, parents-guardians, workshop staff, and third party organisations when the situation demands.

- Responsible for course leadership and delivery of level 3 vehicle body repair- Delivery of the City & Guilds 3980 & 4101 Vehicle Body repair & Refinishing levels 1 - 3 qualification- To assist with the design and implementation of bespoke courses for body repair and welding to various companies including vehicle manufacturers.
