ICT infrastructure and Line of Business systems is my responsibility and this includes performing relevant requirement analysis and developing the solutions specific to the company’s end-objectives, and designing and formulating the required strategies, plans and policies. I supervise and deploy the vital security measures for all ICT systems and provide consultancy services on external projects such as Warehouse and Logistics Management, Supply Chain Optimisation aligned with Theory of Constraints – system based solutions.

I managed the Microsoft Back Office Environment ( 400 Users) incl. Servers, LAN/WAN. I was responsible for implementing the Front Office Applications – LAN, WAN and Internet connectivity. I established and implemented administration of Citrix environment, Microsoft Dynamics GP – Financial Management configuration, deployment and server/SQL-based administration, administered Microsoft SQL Database, managed and maintained Microsoft Exchange Mail Servers, implemented and managed Microsoft, Juniper and Fortinet Firewalls, established and managed Palo Alto Virtual Private Network, and provided consultancy services for Citrix, and external projects.
