- Lead and support capabilities improvements across demand planning organization through best practices sharing and industry standards benchmark; and ensure execution of strategic roadmap.- Identify and implement actions to further enhance automation of the forecasting generation process together with the digitalisation of reporting interfaces to support the reduction of transactional workload at Global and Country Group level.- Represent Demand Planning in strategic customer meetings.- Participate in cross-functional teams on strategic and operational projects.- Support Global Category leads in the preparation and review of Global Key account meetings
