I work with parents who can't allow food & and fitness to consume their lives. They've too many responsibilities!From work, the kids, and the family dog they've no time for a seat never mind a workout. For that reason, I've developed my unique coaching system, The Body For Life Academy. It is a perfect blend of online & and in-person coaching, with both 1-1 and group support. I disagree with coaching being a dictatorship, where the coach "makes" you do it - that only takes you so far. We need a team effort where you learn to take control and stand on your own two feet, it's my job to guide you there. If we want results that last, we need to add the part most diet and fitness programmes forget... Most diet plans only focus on a weight-loss phase. There are 2 more key phases that are crucial for lifelong results. Phase 2 transitions away from the diet and phase 3 ensures you change your lifestyle, behaviors, and choices. Direct support to solve problems as they come up in real-time so you achieve your goals in as fast a time as possible. You will have opportunities to speak to me each week, both 1-1 and in a group environment.4. Accountability to keep you focused when life gets in the way, which it always will. We have weekly check-ins with feedback from me and personalised accountability challenges. Two weekly group sessions and daily accountability posts inside the FB group. You have the opportunity to be accountable to your goals as much as you need.5. A community of like-minded people to inspire and back you every step of the way.
