I managed the successful implementation of Intapp’s SaaS Total Time Management solution at Webber Wentzel from project initiation to Go-Live. This ten-month project was delivered on time and within budget. Stevens & Bolton are an international law firm based in the UK. I was responsible for the successful delivery of Intapp’s Time Cloud solution (SaaS) replacing their existing Lawsoft system. Charles Russell Speechlys are a leading law firm based in London. Role: Full managerial responsibility for delivering multiple Professional Service engagements and projects to all customers located within the EMEA and APAC regions. Key contributor in developing project delivery methodology. Strong motivator and key influencer when managing a team of six PS consultants located around the world. Coordinated the forecasting of resource requirements to ensure project / portfolio outcome deadlines are adhered to and to consistently maximise department revenue. Account Manager developing and maintaining long term relationships with 40+ global customers including a number of fortune 500 companies and financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas. Role: Program Manager team leader managing a team of five Program Managers delivering Premier Support to more than 50 key customers across Europe. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with customer’s Service Management teams to establish their business requirements and developing customised Premier Support Programs to meet their Service Support and Service Delivery needs. Each Program contained a number of projects and engagements all of which I was responsible for. Planned detailed schedules, managed all resources and drove activities forward through and around roadblocks delivering engagements within agreed deadlines and to budget. A customer facing role providing the single point of contact for all Program requests and issues. Managed the prioritisation and resolution of all software escalations and worked closely with development staff to provide fixes and solutions. Worked with business development management, sales and customers when negotiating the renewal of Premier Support contracts so as to ensure all business requirements were met and all new business opportunities were fully developed and past lessons learned so as to ensure continual improvements to the program

Role: Senior consultant and project manager working on customer site ensuring effective delivery of Electronic Content Management (ECM) implementations and upgrades and bespoke customisations. Key projects include: Implemented AXS-One ECM solution within Symbian UK. This combination of an “operational and compliance” implementation helped manage the exponential growth of messaging on Symbian servers, addressed their compliance and litigation requirements by capturing and archiving all messages before recipients received them. Managed a team of three consultants implementing the ECM solution for Allied Irish Bank IRE. The solution addressed the banks continually increasing hardware costs by migrating email content to a single much cheaper storage solution.

Computron is a leading provider of Enterprise Financials, an accounting software application suite. Role: Pre and post sales senior technical consultant responsible for presentations of AXS-One technical architecture to prospective clients and partners. Performed system building (hardware, operating systems, software, networks and RDBMS’s) for all AXS-One European clients (25% of all Global 2000 companies including industry leaders such as Pfizer, AIG and Deutsche Bank). Experienced project manager and instructor, training customers on all technical aspects of AXS-One financial software. Key projects include: Senior consultant responsible for the implementation and ongoing system development of the financial solution for AIG UK and Ireland (Jan 1998 – 2003). Provided project management and implementation consultation for the installations and subsequent upgrade of the AXS-One financial solution for Deutsche Bank and Commerz Bank (Jan 1998 – 2003).
