Key projects include: Implemented AXS-One ECM solution within Symbian UK. This combination of an “operational and compliance” implementation helped manage the exponential growth of messaging on Symbian servers, addressed their compliance and litigation requirements by capturing and archiving all messages before recipients received them. Managed a team of three consultants implementing the ECM solution for Allied Irish Bank IRE. The solution addressed the banks continually increasing hardware costs by migrating email content to a single much cheaper storage solution.
