With more than 24 years of local and international experience in designing and delivering organisational development initiatives I am renowned for presenting in an engaging and inclusive style that combines skilful facilitation with real-life experience in leadership, coaching and psychotherapy.I previously provided leadership training and coaching for Business Networking International (BNI) educating members on how to grow their business through building quality relationships. In 2007 I was invited by the founder of BNI, Dr Ivan Missner, to contribute an essay about communication skills to his book titled Masters of Sales, which became a New York Times best seller. Other contributing authors included Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield and Brian Tracy.Key focus areas:1.
