I was a production supervisor in charge of between 15-30 employees. On nights I was in charge of all the site the machines and health and safety, first port of call for maintenance, on days i had to liase with management and employees about targets and figures, inputting figures and manning and any issues from previous shift. Hold 2 production meetings daily. I worked my way up from operator to team leader and last 12 years as supervisor in total 21 years at the same company. I got offered my redundancy after a company buy out and I took it. I was going to have 3 months off ended up having 9 days, I got offered a job with turners as a flt/warehouse man. Love the job but money and hours not the best hence on the lookout for something more suitable for next 15-20 years thanks for reading STU
