Responsible for an annual turnover of £6.1 million high volume multi site unit, which was achieved in a large entertainment centre, including, a 200 cover restaurant, two large Show venues, a Sports Bar, Large Arcade operation, franchise restaurant, two other food operations, four Retail Operations, sports facilities (including indoor/outdoor pool), bowling green, tennis courts, multi sports court and a full team of entertainers.

Employed as a Trainee Manager & progressed quickly to Assistant Manager, and then General Manager for four years, achieving some very successful targets and results during the time. Included day to day management operations within the Bingo Clubs, Cinemas, Pubs, Bistros and Patisseries depending on each centre.
