Deputy to the Chief Executive and a key member of the Executive Management team working to develop and drive the Tube Lines business strategy and the delivery of a programme of upgrade, renewal and maintenance works across the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly underground lines worth circa £5 billion to 2017/18. Personally responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient business support services in the areas of finance, commercial, risk management, asset management & assurance, information technology and business accommodation.Specific accountabilities include driving effective business performance management and challenge, leading commercial negotiations and the delivery of best value procurement, as well as the provision of robust financial and commercial management, planning and control and compliance with statutory and Group reporting requirements.

A division of Transport for London (TfL), undertaking rail related activities including the operation of the Docklands Light Railway, London Overground and Croydon Tramlink and the delivery of a £2.5 billion programme of capital works to extend and enhance the related rail infrastructure.
